Thank you for attending our booster club meeting on Tuesday August 30th.

We look forward to your support and help in making this a great for the girls soccer program.

The next 2-3 months is our busiest and most important period, as our actions now prepare us for the season.

Outlined below is a recap on the topics and the Call To Actions for all parents.

Next booster club meeting will be in September, messaging to come after we lock in the date.

 

 

Call To Actions:

  • Registration Fees Due

  • Committee and volunteer sign ups -We will open sign ups for a limited time, if we do not fill up all our open spots, then we will assign remaining spots to those who have yet to volunteer.

  • October 28th – We need volunteers to help run the home side concession stand at Football game (18-20 people are required, at least 10 must be adults).

  • Support to share and drive Fundraisers (Online campaign in October and Foot Golf in November).

  • Help to drive Sponsorship or sign up to be family sponsor

 

 

Communication

Ways booster club and coach will communicate with parents and social media sites to join.

 

Registration

  • Level 3 $50 per player - One player/person

  • Level 2 $100 per family - Yard sign, car sticker, and 1 banquet ticket per player

  • Level 1 $200 per family - Yard sign, car sticker, cowbell, and 1 banquet ticket per player, team tumbler with free home game refill

Volunteering

  • The First opportunity will be October 28th to help with the concession stand at a Football game.

  • During the season, help with concessions for home games. varsity parents to help during JV games and JV parents to help during varsity games.

  • Team Dinners, we'll have sign ups to host varsity dinners and JV dinners.
